North American and International online order shipping charges are calculated automatically at the time of order based on the weight and destination. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on weight and destination country. Once items are in your shopping cart, you may preview the shipping rate by clicking estimate shipping and then selecting your country from the pull down menu located in the pop-up box. Ensure any pop-up blockers are disabled in your internet browser to view, otherwise shipping quotes are listed after registering for a user account on the website. Our shipping service includes insurance and tracking. Normally, orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on the destination country and the time it takes to clear your local customs, delivery time is usually 2 to 7 business days from the time your package leaves our store. Business day delivery service excludes Holidays, Weekends, international custom delays. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. (You can track your order next business day) Please note that merchandise cannot be shipped to P.O. We accept returns / exchanges on defective merchandise only. No refunds. We will exchange the defective merchandise or give you a store credit to be used on your next order as long as the following conditions are met: Defective items must be reported to us within (3) days of the date of receipt and returned no later than (21) days of the date of receipt. All return should be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) number. Please, prior returning a purchase you must contact us by email. To receive an RA# and shipping instructions please email returns@authenticcanadianmukluks.com. Remember to display RA# on the package. Without a RA# we do not accept any unauthorized packages. Sale items are ALL SALES FINAL, no returns and no refunds. All returns must be in original conditions including damaged or defective items. The credit will not be issued to the return items without the original packaging materials as they are discarded. We will only issue a store credit for defective or damaged merchandise. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return items must be sent back within 21 days prepaid and insured by a traceable carrier such as UPS or USPS, FEDEX, DHL, Canada Post. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns sent COD will be refused. We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The UPS, DHL, FEDEX shipping charge includes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation, and the claim must be filed with the Postal provider. It may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to resolve through insurance claim. Defective shoes are any footwear that is flawed concerning workmanship. Leather, as a natural material, has slight variations and imperfections between and among pairs. This is completely normal and is considered to add to the beauty of each individual piece. Embellishments such as beadwork and other decorations are not covered with any warranty.
